Dear Warmly Nourished readers,
Wishing you and your loved ones a happy and joyous holiday! Like many of you, I have been looking back over this past year to see how far I have journeyed. Its been a year of personal growth and for the most part its been very positive. Yet even at my age I still had some firsts, which surprised me. Still I learned so much and plan to take what I learned forward with me into 2017 and I invite you to do the same.
I invite you spend more time looking over my website, I have spent the last five months adding to my recipe collection and adding my daily FB posts to the site. I sure hope you find what you are looking for and encourage you to connect and ask questions and or provide suggestions for what you would like me to add. I have been looking at topics that interest me… expanding them and I hope, creating leanings for you.
Here are a few of my favorite posts from 2016

Last Minute Gift Idea
And if you are still looking for a last minute gift idea, here is one for you. How would you like to give the gift of cooking, yes, my 1:1 cooking is on sale for a limited time. If you live in Sydney then the cooking session will be delivered in the receivers kitchen. If you are not local, then we can do a virtual class via Skype. Here are the details for you to book in using eventbrite.
I look forward to connecting with you in 2017 and sharing more with you. My plans include expanding my group cooking classes, more education blogs, recipes, and general health musings via blogs, Facebook Live and other communications means. Should be a great year so come along with me as we demystify the world of food, joint care, nutrition and what makes up a healthy diet.
All the very best for you in 2017!
